            compressão dos elementos neurais, podendo ser reali-


            zada pela técnica aberta, tubular ou endoscópica, sen-

            do que a excisão do fragmento ósseo é controversa.                                        (39,40)


            A ressecção do fragmento não influencia nos resulta-

            dos clínicos e não é sempre necessária,  devendo  ser


            avaliada sua necessidade caso a caso.                             (41,42)
